The gameplay of Emergency has fundamentally not changed at all. Sadly, every entry after EM4 has included either zero or miniscule modding support, completely wasting the potential of every release, especially the big ones, such as Emergency 20. The series started great and peaked after the release of EM4/911:FR in 2006 and shows no signs of going back to it's former glory today.ĮM4 had amazing modding support that still has an active community even today. The Emergency series is now a shadow of it's former self.
